Founded by Bjorn Formosa, ALS Malta aims to improve the quality of life for patients with ALS, MS, and other neurological conditions. Through Dar Bjorn, they provide 24/7 nursing care and specialized treatment in a state-of-the-art residential facility, while also supporting hundreds of patients in their own homes with essential equipment and therapy. Their mission involves continuous fundraising to open newer, bigger homes to accommodate the growing waiting list of patients requiring improved quality of life and neurological care.
